Part of the BOMA Georgia Foundation’s mission is to provide useful research and intelligence to the commercial real estate industry. In service to this purpose, the Foundation, along with the BOMA Dallas Foundation, commissioned Koine Communications to conduct the Dallas Metro Commercial Real Estate Staffing Ratio Study. This study addresses the roles and workloads of personnel serving commercial office buildings in the Dallas Metro area.

Using contact information provided by BOMA Dallas, Koine Communications collected the data for this study in February 2018 from commercial real estate professionals who serve the Dallas metro area. Results are based on submissions from 28 building ownership/management organizations and represent 90 buildings comprising approximately 32 million square feet. All individual building data has been kept anonymous.
